Hello!
My name is Ian Hull and I’m a Year 12 student at Mitchelton Special School. I enjoy coming to school because it’s a good place to learn and stay busy with work. It’s also easy to get to the school from where I am located, which is great. There are lots of good opportunities at school. I enjoy feeling engaged daily.
Some of my favourite programmes include our weekly travel training activity, participating in a work attachment programme at Bunnings and being part of the Tinkering Club, where I get to dismantle old electronics and learn more about tools. My friends and I also get to utilise technology in our classroom, from Interactive whiteboards to laptops.
I think Mitchelton Special School is a great school. I have made some good friends here and I look forward to keeping in touch with them when I have graduated.
